C2C Brokers is hiring licensed loan officers and processing support across Florida, California, Colorado and Virginia. If you already know how to originate and you’re tired of one credit box, one rate sheet and a payroll cycle, read on.
Not the 15th and the 30th. When a file funds and the lender's check has been received and cleared into the company account, your commission is released within 24 hours. Most originators have never worked anywhere that does this, and it changes how it feels to close a loan.
A bank gives you one credit box and one rate sheet, and when the file doesn't fit, you lose it. Here you shop the same borrower across more than thirty lenders. More approvals, better pricing, and far fewer conversations that start with "unfortunately".
Our platform wasn't bought off a shelf or designed by someone who has never taken an application. It was built by a working originator, in response to the things that actually waste your day — and it changes the week we think of something better.
We are not looking for people to manage. We're looking for originators who already know how to run a book of business and want the platform, the lenders and the support to do it without someone counting their hours.
Here is the whole policy, in plain terms: when a file funds and the lender’s check has been received and cleared into the company account, your commission is released within 24 hours. No semi-monthly cycle. No waiting for a batch. Compensation itself is competitive and we discuss the specific split directly, because it depends on your experience, your volume and how you choose to be engaged — but when you get paid is not up for negotiation. It’s just fast.
Most of our loan officers came from a bank or a single-lender shop. This is what changes.
Every originator who has worked at a bank has a list of borrowers they could not help — self-employed, recent credit event, unusual property, a ratio just over the line. As a broker, most of those become someone's loan. Often yours.
Wholesale rates are generally better than the same lender's retail offering. When you're competing for a pre-approved borrower, that difference is the reason they move.
Referral business follows the person, not the logo. Working here, the relationship you build is yours — we're the platform behind it, not the owner of it.
No lead queue politics, no being handed the files nobody else wanted, no manager taking a slice for forwarding an email.
Every brokerage says it has great technology. Ours was written by someone who takes applications, in response to the things that were wasting his own week — and it gets better most weeks, because the person building it is also using it.
We’d rather be straight with you now than have you find out in month three.
You hold an active NMLS license and know how to originate. You'll have access to our full lender panel, your own application funnel and the platform, plus shared company leads on top of whatever you bring. Engaged as an employee or as an independent contractor depending on what suits you — we'll discuss it openly rather than fitting you into a box.
The role that makes everything else possible. You'll manage files from submission through closing — conditions, lender communication, keeping borrowers informed and files moving. If you have processed conventional, FHA and VA loans and can hold several files in your head at once, we should talk.
Commission is released within 24 hours of the file funding — specifically, once the lender's check has been received and cleared into the company account. There is no payroll cycle to wait for and no month-end batch. The specific split is discussed directly, because it depends on your experience, your volume and how you're engaged.
Either, depending on what makes sense for you. Some of our originators are W-2 employees and some are independent contractors. Rather than force one on everybody, we discuss it when we talk — the arrangement should fit how you actually want to work.
We share company leads from our website funnel and our lead partners, and they're distributed among the loan officers. We'd be doing you a disservice if we implied that was enough to build on. The originators who do best here bring their own referral business and treat company leads as an addition, not a foundation.
For a loan officer role, yes — an active NMLS license, or one in progress, in Florida, California, Colorado or Virginia. Processing and support roles don't require a license.
No. We're based in Windermere, Florida, and plenty of the work happens elsewhere. What matters is that your borrowers can reach you and your files keep moving.
Tell us anyway. We're licensed in four states today and we'd rather know there's a good originator waiting somewhere we're not yet.
Yes. Applications go to a private area of our internal system that only the owner can see. We understand you probably don't want your current employer knowing you're looking, and we act accordingly.
This goes to a private area of our system that only the owner can see. Your current employer will not hear from us, and we don’t share applications with anyone else on the team.
Eli reads these personally and will come back to you directly. Nothing about your enquiry is visible to anyone else.
