Run your own business.
We’ll handle everything behind it.

C2C Brokers is hiring licensed loan officers and processing support across Florida, California, Colorado and Virginia. If you already know how to originate and you’re tired of one credit box, one rate sheet and a payroll cycle, read on.

Paid within 24 hours of funding

Not the 15th and the 30th. When a file funds and the lender's check has been received and cleared into the company account, your commission is released within 24 hours. Most originators have never worked anywhere that does this, and it changes how it feels to close a loan.

30+ wholesale lenders, no overlays of our own

A bank gives you one credit box and one rate sheet, and when the file doesn't fit, you lose it. Here you shop the same borrower across more than thirty lenders. More approvals, better pricing, and far fewer conversations that start with "unfortunately".

Technology built by a loan officer, for loan officers

Our platform wasn't bought off a shelf or designed by someone who has never taken an application. It was built by a working originator, in response to the things that actually waste your day — and it changes the week we think of something better.

Your business, your schedule

We are not looking for people to manage. We're looking for originators who already know how to run a book of business and want the platform, the lenders and the support to do it without someone counting their hours.

24 hours
from funding to your commission

Here is the whole policy, in plain terms: when a file funds and the lender’s check has been received and cleared into the company account, your commission is released within 24 hours. No semi-monthly cycle. No waiting for a batch. Compensation itself is competitive and we discuss the specific split directly, because it depends on your experience, your volume and how you choose to be engaged — but when you get paid is not up for negotiation. It’s just fast.

Why originate at a broker instead of a bank

Most of our loan officers came from a bank or a single-lender shop. This is what changes.

You stop losing files you should have closed

Every originator who has worked at a bank has a list of borrowers they could not help — self-employed, recent credit event, unusual property, a ratio just over the line. As a broker, most of those become someone's loan. Often yours.

Wholesale pricing wins deals

Wholesale rates are generally better than the same lender's retail offering. When you're competing for a pre-approved borrower, that difference is the reason they move.

Your name is the brand

Referral business follows the person, not the logo. Working here, the relationship you build is yours — we're the platform behind it, not the owner of it.

No pipeline politics

No lead queue politics, no being handed the files nobody else wanted, no manager taking a slice for forwarding an email.

Built by a loan officer, for loan officers

Every brokerage says it has great technology. Ours was written by someone who takes applications, in response to the things that were wasting his own week — and it gets better most weeks, because the person building it is also using it.

Lead board with a follow-up engineEvery lead lands on your board with a follow-up cadence already running, built on the research about how quickly leads go cold. It tells you who to call now rather than leaving you to remember.
Your own application linkA personal link you can text or email. The borrower answers six questions and lands on your board fully qualified — purpose, price, down payment, credit band, income type — with a note written up for you before you call.
Booked callbacks become tasksWhen a borrower picks a time on your calendar, it becomes a timed task that pops up on your screen when the moment arrives. Across timezones, correctly.
Pipeline, commissions and scoreboardSee every file, what stage it's at, what it pays and what you've earned, without asking anyone.
1003 export straight into AriveTake the application once. Export a MISMO 3.4 file and import it — no re-keying the same borrower into a second system.
A lender matrix that stays currentWho does what, at what score, with which quirks — kept up to date so you're not calling three account executives to find out who can do a 1099 borrower on a condotel.

Is this a fit?

We’d rather be straight with you now than have you find out in month three.

This works well if…

  • You're licensed and producing, or have produced recently, and you know what your pipeline is worth.
  • You'd rather have thirty lenders and no manager than one lender and a lot of meetings.
  • You want to be paid the moment the money is actually in — and you'd rather that be a stated policy than a favour.
  • You already generate some of your own business through agents, past clients or your own marketing.

Probably not, if…

  • You need a steady salary while you build. We can talk, but be upfront about it so we can structure something honestly rather than have it go wrong in month three.
  • You want a full pipeline handed to you. We share company leads, but the originators who do best here bring their own business too.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do each morning. That isn't how this works, and neither of us would enjoy it.

Open roles

Licensed Loan Officer (MLO)

Florida, California, Colorado or Virginia

You hold an active NMLS license and know how to originate. You'll have access to our full lender panel, your own application funnel and the platform, plus shared company leads on top of whatever you bring. Engaged as an employee or as an independent contractor depending on what suits you — we'll discuss it openly rather than fitting you into a box.

What we’re looking for
  • Active NMLS license (or license pending, in one of our four states)
  • Experience originating residential mortgages
  • Your own referral relationships, or a credible plan to build them
  • Comfortable running your own schedule and your own numbers

Loan Processor / Transaction Support

Windermere, FL or remote

The role that makes everything else possible. You'll manage files from submission through closing — conditions, lender communication, keeping borrowers informed and files moving. If you have processed conventional, FHA and VA loans and can hold several files in your head at once, we should talk.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience processing residential mortgage files
  • Familiar with conventional, FHA and VA guidelines
  • Organised enough to chase a condition before anyone has to ask
  • Arive experience is a plus, not a requirement

Questions

How and when do I get paid?

Commission is released within 24 hours of the file funding — specifically, once the lender's check has been received and cleared into the company account. There is no payroll cycle to wait for and no month-end batch. The specific split is discussed directly, because it depends on your experience, your volume and how you're engaged.

Am I an employee or a contractor?

Either, depending on what makes sense for you. Some of our originators are W-2 employees and some are independent contractors. Rather than force one on everybody, we discuss it when we talk — the arrangement should fit how you actually want to work.

Do you provide leads?

We share company leads from our website funnel and our lead partners, and they're distributed among the loan officers. We'd be doing you a disservice if we implied that was enough to build on. The originators who do best here bring their own referral business and treat company leads as an addition, not a foundation.

Do I need to be licensed already?

For a loan officer role, yes — an active NMLS license, or one in progress, in Florida, California, Colorado or Virginia. Processing and support roles don't require a license.

Do I have to work from your office?

No. We're based in Windermere, Florida, and plenty of the work happens elsewhere. What matters is that your borrowers can reach you and your files keep moving.

What if I'm licensed in a state you don't operate in?

Tell us anyway. We're licensed in four states today and we'd rather know there's a good originator waiting somewhere we're not yet.

Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. Applications go to a private area of our internal system that only the owner can see. We understand you probably don't want your current employer knowing you're looking, and we act accordingly.
