If your application is denied in whole or in part based on information in a consumer report, we will provide you with an adverse action notice identifying the consumer reporting agency and your rights to obtain a free report and dispute inaccurate information.

Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA — Fla. Stat. § 501.171)

In compliance with Florida law, if we discover a breach of security affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by FIPA. A "breach of security" means unauthorized access to or acquisition of personal information maintained in computerized form that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of that information. Notification will be provided in the most expedient manner possible and without unreasonable delay.
