Virginia Mortgage Broker and Lender: Statewide Guide

Updated October 13, 2026 · General educational information; program requirements vary.

C2C Brokers Inc. operates as a mortgage broker/lender in Virginia, depending on the transaction. We serve eligible borrowers across Northern Virginia, Richmond, Hampton Roads, and smaller southern and western communities. Virginia Lender/Broker license #MC-7249; company NMLS #2121587.

For a particular loan, ask who originates and funds it, which state authority applies, and which documents and disclosures are required. Approval, pricing, and availability depend on the complete borrower and property review. Contact us by phone or online; we do not have a public walk-in office.

Use the correct Virginia jurisdiction

Northern Virginia and Richmond do not share a single statewide conforming limit. Use the actual county or independent city for the property, rather than its nearest metro label. Compare standard, high-balance, or jumbo paths under the appropriate limit, and check the number of units.

Veterans: compare VA and conventional total costs

An eligible veteran buying in Richmond, Hampton Roads, or another Virginia community can ask about both available paths. Confirm entitlement and property eligibility, any funding-fee treatment, the complete payment, lender charges, and cash to close. Military eligibility does not by itself establish loan approval. C2C is a private company, not a government agency.

Virginia Housing and rural-access resources

Use Virginia Housing’s lender finder to research its participating network. Ask C2C to confirm participation and availability of the particular program before you rely on it. The agency also provides mobile mortgage office information for rural communities; these are agency resources, not C2C offices or partnerships.

Suburban and smaller-market questions

A self-employed buyer in Woodbridge or a first-time buyer in Danville can ask C2C for a document plan and comparison of eligible loan paths. Ask who will manage property-specific questions and how you will receive updates. These places describe borrowers we may serve, not physical C2C branches.

Programs to discuss

Discuss conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, bank-statement, and eligible DSCR options with C2C. Our additional program categories include fix-and-flip, foreign-national, HELOC/home-equity, down-payment assistance, and reverse mortgages, subject to the specific program, property, state, and channel. These categories are not approvals, current rate offers, or a promise that every borrower qualifies. Ask which options are available for your scenario.
